Introduction
Anna Peskova finished her degree in Graphic Design in 2017. Since then she has worked at web design agency Practically. Oh and she co-designed and built this very site.
What was it like to be at Worcester University?
Worcester is great, and the staff team in the Arts & Design department was brilliant, always friendly and helpful 🙂
What do you do now?
Digital Designer
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Being a designer on the web feels a bit like being an engineer (without all the hardcore technical knowledge) – there is always a problem and my job is to find the best, most efficient and effective solution to it. I like that.
And the least?
Everything needs to be done yesterday, the web never sleeps 😀
How did your graphic design course help you?
In the second and third year, a lot of the modules were heavily focused on live project and real life experience. This was incredibly useful, both in terms of the work produced, but also making connections with the industry.
Anything exciting coming up?
I am actually just starting as a Senior UX designer at Holland & Barrett, so I am thoroughly excited to get stuck into this new role, and focus on UX design.
What would you say to your former student self?
Enjoy and take full advantage of the creative freedom that uni provides. You are unlikely to have as much of it every again 😀
Would you please share 3 pieces of your favourite work?

Augmentum
