Visits are an integral part of the Graphic Design course here at Worcester, with trips to London and Birmingham forming part of the design modules.
We also like to take people on trips abroad, visiting Lisbon, Berlin, Amsterdam and more in previous years. For obvious reasons these have been on hold for a couple of years.
Closer to home there are many “mini trips” to see people and places that form live briefs. For example, in 2021 the third years had a brief with a local dance and theatre outfit (more on this soon). And in previous years the graphic design students had trips and briefs with many clients including The National Trust, Wyre Forest, Upton Council and the Malvern Hills.
